AISI 904L is an austenitic stainless steel that offers a strong resistance to reducing acids such as Sulphuric acid aswell as a good resistance to crevice, pitting, intergranular and stress corrosion. 904L also offers both good weldability and formability with maximum service temperatures reaching 450°C.
